We just purchased our second item for our travel trailer from Hutch Mountain and they didn’t disappoint. This team goes above and beyond to help their customers. If they carry the item I need I will ALWAYS purchase it from Hutch Mtn based on my past experience.
I installed two thermostats in 2015 Tiffin in about 30-40 minutes. The first one took a few extra minutes and a call to Hutch Mountain to identify a problem with an incorrect APP download and the second went much better. The units work great either manually or Bluetooth or WiFi. Highly recommend purchasing from Hutch Mountain.
Scott was so helpful! We pulled into an RV park and the temperature was approaching 100 degrees. Our thermostat would not turn on. I looked up our reciept and it had a number to call. It was after hours on a Friday night. I called and got a recording. I left a message and Scott called right back. He helped troubleshoot and found that we had a faulty thermostat. He helped us wire directly until our replacement arrived. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. Great, Great company and products. Thank You!!
almost a year to the day of purchasing the micro air with Internet access, the Internet piece stopped working. I went through all the FAQs, and did everything they said, and it still would not connect to my router.
I contacted their tech-support, they responded the next day because it was night time and told me a few things I could check which I had already done so I responded back and told him that. they then called me and we talked about it some more and they told me I’ll send you a replacement one… Yes, they have a two year warranty, but I was in a jam because my unit is in my RV, which I live in full-time and I couldn’t send them the one I had. so he said I understand no problem we trust you I’m sending it out and then when you get it, swap them out, put it in the box and send it back to us. I had the new one in two days I was amazed… And then swapped it out, put it in the box and sent it back to Them. I’ve never had such great customer service when it comes to a technical device. I will continue to only buy their products because of their customer service.
This thermostat is so convenient and easy to install. You can adjust the temperature and modes from inside the trailer or halfway around the world. Easy to read and operate.
