I recently had the opportunity to do business with Hutch Mountain and speak with some of its team members. I can only state that the character and loyalty of this company to its customers is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I will not into details about the unfortunate reason (US Postal Service Incompetence) why I had to reach out to them, because it would be too long. However, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Eric, Scott, and Dereck, at the way they took great care of my situation, without any hesitation. I had the installation done professionally at a remote high mountain cabin. After installation, we ran into a problem. Hutch Mountain staff/owner were very, very responsive. I've learned that what separates the good company from the extraordinary is not that a problem never arises, but how it is handled. Hutch mountain was extraordinary to work with and the problem got solved. We are very, very happy to have bought and installed their conversion kit for our Honda generator.
